How we handle your data.

This policy explains how clarenix processes the personal data of people who contact us and use our cleaning services. We've written it to be read, not to be survived.

1. Who we are

The data controller is clarenix, based at Pl. Komuny Paryskiej 5A, 90-007 Łódź, Poland. For any data question, email [email protected] or call +48 601 317 733.

2. What we collect

Only what we need to arrange and deliver a service:

• your name and contact details (phone, email);
• the address where the service takes place;
• the details of the job that you share with us;
• information needed to issue an invoice, if you request one.

3. Why, and the legal basis

We process data to answer your enquiry and to enter into and perform a service contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), to meet tax and accounting obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR), and to establish or defend legal claims where necessary, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. How long we keep it

We keep service data for as long as we work together, and afterwards for the period required by law — tax rules in particular — and until any claims are time-barred. Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted within a reasonable time.

5. Who receives it

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. It may be entrusted to providers who support us technically or with accounting (for example an accountant or an email provider), only to the extent necessary and under appropriate agreements.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data and to have it corrected, erased, restricted, ported, or to object to its processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
